1. Acquiring knowledge about the requirements regarding the responsibility of entities/persons introducing the product into the EU.
2. Acquiring knowledge about the safety requirements of consumer products placed on the market.
3. Review of requirements and procedures for issuing the Manufacturer's Declaration of Conformity and the obligation to mark the product with the CE symbol.
4. Obtaining the ability to verify the basic conformity assessment process.
5. Acquiring practical knowledge of CE marking procedures and principles.
6. Acquiring practice in dealing with products that are subject to EU directives.
7. Meeting the expectations of end users in terms of product compliance with essential requirements.

Completion of the training: summary of participants' goals and expectations, completion of evaluation questionnaires.

Theory supported by experience allowing you to master and apply the acquired knowledge in practice.

The techniques discussed will be presented in a clear and accessible way.

During the course, there will be exercises, quizzes and group work. 

Individual meetings will be held in time slots lasting 4 or 8 teaching hours. Meetings will be held on weekdays from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. and on Saturdays.

Technical requirements:

• Laptop, PC.

• Stable Internet access.

• Microphone and camera (built into the computer are sufficient).

Training start:

• All organizational information is sent to participants before the training.

• The participant connects to the training via a link.

During the training:

• Participants can turn the camera and microphone on and off and share their screen.

• Chat to ask questions.

• Technical support of a DEKRA employee during the entire training.

• Short breaks every 1-1.5 hours and one longer "lunch" break for full-day training.

• Workshops in subgroups (division into rooms).

Online training courses are usually held on the Zoom platform.

Hardware requirements:

Participation in the training is only possible via a laptop or PC.

Access to stable internet is important.

Before the training, please verify that you have access to the Zoom platform and that your camera, speaker and microphone are working properly, so that you can join the training already without technical problems.

In the case of training courses that end with an online exam, each participant completes the knowledge test on a separate computer.

Participants receive training materials in electronic version.
